Quality Commercial Machines Corporation (QCM Corp) warrants to the original owners of its product, for LIFE, from the date of purchase from QCM Corp or an authorized QCM Corp dealer, against defects in workmanship and materials. Any product claimed as defective in normal use, in QCM Corp’s opinion, provided that the defective product with the original sale receipt is returned to the original authorized dealer or is shipped pre-paid, insured to QCM Corp with return freight prepaid, will be repaired or replaced, at our sole option, without charge for either parts or labor.
Normal wear is not covered by this warranty, nor is damage clearly owing to misuse or abuse. Attempts to repair or modify the products undertaken without QCM Corp's written authorization will likewise void the warranty.
The above warranty applies to products sold on or after September 1, 2006.
Under no circumstances will QCM Corp be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, such product.
